At ZARI ABAYA, all abayas are ready for immediate shipment, and we ensure your satisfaction with every detail of your order. Returns and exchanges are permitted.
Only in the following cases:
Acceptable cases:
- The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- Received a different size than ordered.
- The product you received is clearly different from what you ordered.
Duration:
- Submitting Requests: A return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The store reserves the right to accept or reject an exchange or return request based on evaluation and verification of the condition.
Conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all accessories (if any).
- The customer bears the shipping costs in cases of exchange or return unless the error is on our part.
