Return and Exchange Policy – ZARI ABAYA
At ZARI ABAYA we are committed to providing high-quality products, and all abayas are ready for immediate shipping and are checked before shipping.
First: Retrieval
Returns are only accepted in one case :
- There is a clear manufacturing defect in the product .
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with photos showing the defect.
Second: Replacement
- Exchanges are only allowed to change the size of the same model.
- The model cannot be changed to another model.
exception:
The model can only be changed if the required size is not available in stock .
Shipping fees for exchanges
- If the mistake is from the store (such as sending a different size than ordered), the store will bear all shipping fees .
- If the replacement request is based on the customer's wishes , the customer bears the shipping fees of 70 Saudi Riyals for the shipping companies.
Terms
- The item must be in its original condition and unused .
- Attach clear photos of the product when placing the order.
- ZARI ABAYA store reserves the right to accept or reject the order after assessing the situation .
Application process
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order .
- Send the order number and product photos .
- The ZARI ABAYA team reviews the order within 1–2 business days .
- If approved , the exchange or refund process will be coordinated with the customer.
